My backstory is that I got a 12-months Apple TV+ subscription with my new iPhone and I would like to install use the Apple TV app apk natively on both my Philips Android TV and on my Nvidia Shield TV. I have previously sideloaded the Amazon Prime Video apk on this same Philips Android TV (and also updated it several times) and that still runs fine. The app meant for Fire TV looked to install fine but then when launched only get a message saying that Fire TV first needs to be updated before it will run. I have tried to sideload Apple TV (Fire TV variant) apk from APKMirror on both my Philips Android TV and on my Nvidia Shield TV. Has anyone managed to get Apple TV app apk from one of those?
